Q: How do I place an order?
A: It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.
1. Get a quote using the shopping cart on this site.
2. Use the quote to get a PO (Purchase Order) through your purchasing department.
3. Send your PO to info@mascotjunction.com.
We’ll take it from there…
We may reach out to you for additional info about your wording, log, mascot, etc. You get to review, revise and approve all hte designs to ensure you get exactly what you want. If you have any questions or special requests, we’re glad to accommodate.
Q: I just want a quote (not ready to buy), is this the right place?
A: Yes. Even though you see words like “Place Order” or “Proceed to Checkout,” you are ONLY requesting a quote, and there is no obligation to buy. This site is built on a shopping cart platform and that language is baked into the core framework.
Q: How do you know what to put on my posters, etc.?
A: Simply send your wording, logo or whatever additional instructions you want to info@mascotjunction.com and we’ll pair it up with your quote.
Q: How do I make a revision to a Quote?
A:
- Click on “My Account.”
- Click on “Quotes” on the left side.
- Click the “View” button
- Click on “Edit Quote.”
This takes you to the shopping cart pre-loaded with all your products. You can add and subtract products from here, and get a new quote.
Q: Can I get a Price List?
A: Yes, but it does not cover shipping and art set-up fees, so you will need to request a quote to get a comprehensive cost. To get a Price List, please e-mail your request to info@mascotjunction.com, or you can fill out the online form at mascotjunction.com.
Q: Do I get to see a proof of everything before it’s printed?
A: Yes. One of our Designers will be assigned your project and they will communicate directly with you and send you proofs. You get to review, revise and approved everything before it is printed and delivered.
Q: How long does it take to fill an order?
A: Typically it is between 3 and 6 weeks, but there are many variables. You can speed up the process by providing timely reviews and approvals. Some products have longer lead times than others. If you have a deadline you want to hit, let us know and we’ll see what we can do.
Q: Can you put my logo or mascot on the posters, signs, etc.?
A: Yes. Just send us what you want to use to info@mascotjunction.com.
Q: What if I can’t find what I’m looking for?
A: Please e-mail your request to info@mascotjunction.com. We are very good at helping schools
